•Work on building their own resilience through various ways of thinking and practical tools (emotional intelligence, setting boundaries, accurate thinking, reframing, realistic optimism, etc)
•Live and prosper in challenging business cultures and contexts

•Hold each other accountable to keep applying the acquired skills and improvements after the course has ended.
